NAFC Organiser Change

The NAF Championship is, as both its current and former names suggest, the NAF’s flagship event; the UK’s big fixture around which a lot of each year’s tournaments are assembled. Since 2012, Joe Hainstock has served as the NAFC’s lead organizer with admirable drive and consistency, for which we are all immeasurably thankful.

While Joe will be difficult to replace, the NAF is confident that his successor, Andy “Hawca” McDonald, will run the high-quality event our members have become accustomed to. Best known as the organizer of the Welsh Open, and recently appointed as NTC for the UK, Andy has had a full briefing from Joe and will be assisted by former NAFC organizer Brendan “Pipey” Spencelayh and NAF Treasurer Paul Gegg, so the transition should be seamless.

Please join us on April 30th for the latest iteration of this annual classic.
