TD
Congratulations to NB on his election. First job is the tournament subcommittee to clarify requirements for tournaments, organisers etc. Full details at the end of June, with the team consistsing of various experienced TOs.
Spain: Catalonia NAFCo has stepped down, NB has a replacement in mind after discussion with the League in Barcelona.
Variant rules are ready to be published. Just need credits and legal disclaimer to be put in, and again will be published asap.
Tournament Series badges have been paid for, will be delivered to NB, then Europe will be sent to TB for distribution.
LD
As Steve has stepped down, someone needed to pick up the website development work as well as the LD. Elyoukey is looking into the state of the website development, and we are looking into an interim one year appointment as League Director before elections next year.
It was agree that for NAFLM leagues, the league commissioner should be a NAF member.
League rankings were discussed, but there was seen to be little benefit to having NAF league rankings.
Communication
MD has set up a free forum for committee business, everyone to check it once a week. More secure than NAF forum due to some corrupt settings.
Trophies
Lordillo has a price of 2.50 euros from a Spanish supplier, if we ask for more than 100, falling to 2 euros for 1000. 100 to be ordered for quality checking.
Treasurer Report
PG has a meeting next week regards legal status. Paypal was updated to Not-for-profit status in February.
NAFC – ticket price to increase so that NAFC aims to break even. 5 previous ones have a cumulative deficit of £1500. NAFC 2016 is being booked at the moment, with Europeans preferring early May.
The dice company did not produce the yellows on time so supplied some additional pink dice for NAF staff. The yellows are now with Lycos to be distributed.
AOB
Lycos golems need to be distributed evenly around the world, to be checked if there are any left.
TB/MG to chase up an inventory of everything that the NAF is holding, starting with what inventory Lycos has.
NAF co-ordinator map will be emailed out before being published.
