| Was wondering if the group consensus matches my thoughts here. When a halfling/goblin is thrown and either by accident or design lands on an opposing player and that player suffers a causilty who if anyone recieves the SPPs? |

No one, CAS SPP only count from blocking. Same as crowd pushes, fouling, and falling over for any other reason.
Although that would be awesome if a halfling could get CAS SPP from landing on someone. |
