Rules

The current edition of Blood Bowl is known as Blood Bowl: Second Season, or BB2020, and was published by Games Workshop in November 2020.

The current rules for NAF tournaments can be found here. If you are writing a rules pack for your tournament, please link this page rather than specific .pdfs, as these are sometimes updated or replaced and the links can become broken.

We also host a number of rules clarifications, collected over a number of years and ruled upon by the best sources of information available at that time.

  1. in a Ux point of view, i think the CRP link should be bigger, a big fat green button stating “DOWNLOAD THE CRP” instead of the flooded tiny crp link would help some people to find their way.

    my 2 cents

  2. this will not download onto my laptop at home. got it onto my phone, but not very user friendly, 2 pages on an a3 which is a swine to read… will try the link at work, could just be my internet connection

  3. Is 160kgp the correct price for the Rat Ogre? I think it should be 150kgp. But in the CRP you have linked to, it’s priced at 160kgp.

  4. The link to the rulebook on the Cyanide forum is down. Can you upload the file here or contact them and get them to fix it?

  5. Just picked up BB for the Xbox… Now to build a board and find some minis!

Thanks for the download fellas, this is really great. I’m probably about as excited to start playing Blood Bowl as actual sports fans are about their big events! Whoo-hoo Blood Bowl! Yeah!

  6. Ricardo Molinar

Sann0638…could you clarify a blitz Action? You are surrounded by 3 players in your tackle zone. You declare a block to remove one of the players and follow through and you still move after that or does the follow through end your move?

  7. I ask the same that Phiphe. Will there be a LRB 7.0? Or will the NAF only have the capacity to approve and disapprove rules issued by Games Workshop?

  8. Thank you for posting the rules. I sold my copy of BB at a boot sale about twenty years ago, now I fancy a game again. Just as well it doesn’t need the silly plastic miniatures of later editions to play.
